Already a CPEC Member and want to enroll your electricity accounts - follow these steps:
1. Complete Attachments A & B (be sure to place on your entities letterhead;
2. Provide a copy of your PA Exemption Certificate;
3. Provide a complete copy of each account/meter you wish to enroll;
4. Provide contact information (name, title, phone, fax & email).

CPEC will email a copy of the eleven (12)  page contract for your file.

Interested - complete a Membership Application and follow the steps above. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of application and $100 one-time CPEC membership fee.
